Background: Client’s internal recruitment team/external has already worked on these positions.
Task: Source for two positions and find up to 40 passive candidate resumes for each. Exclude those candidates from a list of 900 (Nine Hundred) candidates names client has already looked at.
Results: Client’s first sample included 10 resumes in one business day. Full results within four days upon receiving feedback from the client
