    Background: Client used internal recruiters and was not satisfied with the results

    Task: Source 40 best passive candidates. Scrub out 125 candidates already looked at

    Results: Initial batch was completed successfully in about 3 hrs.  Full results within 4 days.  Below given is the feedback from just 6 resumes we submitted.

    Results: Initial batch was completed successfully in about 4 hrs.  Full results within 4 days.  Below given is the feedback from just 6 resumes we submitted.

    Find best candidates for two positions Programmer, Access Front End +SQL Back end

    Background: Client’s internal recruitment team/external has already worked on these positions.

    Task:
    Source for two positions and find up to 40 passive candidate resumes for each.  Exclude those candidates from a list of 900 (Nine Hundred) candidates names client has already looked at.

    Results:
    Client’s first sample included 10 resumes in one business day.  Full results within four days upon receiving feedback from the client
